Freezing a Pure Gym membership
Should you need to take a break, you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months for a fee between £5.99 and £20, depending on your club and membership type. You can activate this yourself through your online account or by calling Member Services on 0344 477 0005.
Pure Gym age restrictions
You must be at least 16 years of age to become a member and use the gym facilities.
To cancel a membership, simply cancel your direct debit up to 3 days before the next payment is due. Some passes and membership options are not refundable - call Member Services on 0344 477 0005 for more information.
