Nominated or next day delivery is FREE on orders over £29, you can also attach your order to your Ocado delivery free of charge and with no minimum spend.
Can I edit my Fetch order?
While you won’t be able to edit your order, you are free to cancel the order up until it has been dispatched, by selecting ‘Your Orders’ in your account.
What if I miss my Fetch delivery slot?
The driver will try to reach you by telephone should this happen, and if they can’t get through, they will leave a card to let you know they stopped by. Get in touch on 0345 600 6070 or the number on the delivery card, to rearrange the delivery.
