How do I get a Haven discount code?

Browse the list of Haven deals. When you’ve found one you want to redeem, select the blue button—it’ll say ‘get code’, ‘get reward’, or ‘view discount’. You’ll be redirected through to the Haven website with the code automatically copied.

Does Haven offer Holiday Protection?

Your holiday with Haven will be protected, should you fall ill, lose your job or if any member of your group is unable to travel due to sickness, death or redundancy. Check the Terms & Conditions for costs and more information.

Can I amend my Haven booking?

You can amend a booking free of charge should you contact them within 24 hours of making your reservation; you will only need to pay the difference in price. Should you notify them after 24 hours, a small fee of £20.00 will be billed in addition to the price difference, do refer to their Terms and Conditions for more information and their FAQ page has lots of useful answers to general enquiries too.
