If you need those shoes in a hurry, you can get Next Day Delivery starting from £5.95, simply order online before 8pm Monday to Saturday (this excludes bank holidays).
Clarks returns policy
You have 30 days after the receipt of your goods to return them for a full refund - items must be unworn and you must have proof of delivery. Do check the Terms & Conditions for more details.
Free Delivery over £50 - takes 3-4 working days.
Next Day Delivery costs £5.95 or £3 on orders over £50.
A collect from store service is also available and takes 3-4 working days.
Unused and unworn items can be returned within 30 days after their receipt.
Returns can be made to any Clarks store (excluding Factory Outlet/Discount, Channel Islands, Eire stores, Wholesale, or any other Clarks store outside the UK).
Alternatively, returns can be made via the Post Office or Collect+ pick up point.
