Paperchase returns policy
Whether you’ve given or received something that wasn’t quite right, you can return it to Paperchase up to 28 days after you received it, as long as it is in its original, unopened condition. Repackage your products and include the dispatch note, including the completed returns section. Send your parcel back using the address label including with your order, use the address below.
