If you realise you’ve made an error, you have up to 30 minutes to click the link on your confirmation email or log into your account and make the necessary changes yourself.

Can Card Factory gift wrap my order and include a gift message?

Card Factory do not currently offer a gift wrapping and gift message service. However, at checkout you will be given the option to send your order in a black gift box with a sleek black ribbon, and the delivery note inside will not state a price.

If I buy a Card Factory balloon deflated, can I inflate it in-store?

If you purchased a deflated foil balloon from Card Factory, you can inflate it in-store free of charge. You can also inflate latex balloons at a small charge of 75p per balloon. Alternatively, you could purchase a gas cylinder and fill up a bunch of balloons yourself - ideal for parties!
