Yes, you can use the online Help facility, by clicking on the help button at the bottom of the home page and then filling out the message form. Or, you can do live chat, by clicking on the the live chat link of the contact page.
Does PrinterPix ship abroad?
PrinterPix deliver to the UK, Europe and America. If you wish to send your items to someone in America or Europe, call the customer support team within 24 working hours and an operator will be able to provide a quote accordingly.
Can I cancel a PrinterPix order?
Cancellations or amendments to an existing order can only be made free of charge within 24 working hours of the purchase date.
