Papier offers free UK standard delivery on orders over £40. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery after dispatch. Orders below this value cost £2.50 to ship. If you would prefer to receive your Papier delivery faster, you can opt for the DPD Tracked option for next business day delivery after dispatch for £5. Greetings cards will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12 noon Monday to Friday and cost £0.65 to deliver.
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of most Papier products, returns are not accepted. However, if you are unhappy with your product, please contact the team within 7 days of receipt to find out how they can help.
