The Stable launched in 2009 with one goal: to serve the finest local produce and craft cider at decent prices. Taking its name from the renovated stable block it was born in, The Stable reached out across the south and now has restaurants from Newquay’s Fistral beach to London’s Whitechapel, and all the way up to Birmingham – taking original menus and a host of craft cider with it. The Stable’s mission has stayed the same despite its speedy growth. Every restaurant’s menu is different, using local ingredients. And each one showcases the local area’s ciders and perries alongside other classics from across the South West. The chefs and stable-hands are passionate about what they do and where they’re from, so you can be sure that you’ll enjoy the best of what the region can offer. Produce is responsibly sourced and prepared, no preservatives are used, and everything is freshly made on-site. There’s a full gluten-free and vegan menu – and we’re not just talking salads here: every pizza on the menu can be made to meet special requirements. So take a menu, grab a cider tasting board and get ready for a truly memorable meal.

The Stable’s sourdough pizza bases are 100% animal-free and Gluten free and vegan versions of every pizza on the main menu are available. The bases are made to order, and gluten free bases are made on-site, so you might want to call ahead and let them know if you have any special requirements.
