Reimburse lost baggage at Balkan Holidays
In the unlikely event that your luggage is lost, damaged or interfered with whilst in transit, it is important that you obtain and fill out a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) form before leaving the airport building. If you fail to obtain a PIR form, the airline will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage and insurers may not accept a subsequent claim.

An E-Ticket/Itinerary will be emailed to you if you have booked online or if you have provided an email over the phone at the time of booking. Please print this and take on holiday for your reference. If you’ve booked flights, boarding passes are supplied as e-tickets.
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you must speak to Customer Services with as much advanced warning as possible. They will do their best to deal with your request.
