There's an item missing from my Beauty Bay order. What do I do?
Please report to Beauty Bay’s customer service for the fastest address. Be sure to take photos of any damaged products. You Should also be sure to check there is no ‘to follow’ sign on your invoice. Your product might still be on its way!
Can I change my Beauty Bay order?
While Beauty Bay aim to get your order packaged and sent as quick as possible, there may be a window if you act fast. Get in touch and select the Amendments To Order option as the reason for your contact. Though you can cancel your order, unfortunately, you can’t make any swaps.

You can also choose to select a specific date for your order’s arrival when you place the order.
You can return your Beauty Bay product within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused, unopened and still sealed. You will only be eligible for a refund if all wrapping remains untampered.
