If you create an account and head to the ‘my orders’ section you can track any deliveries.
I didn't get all of my Bonprix products in my order. What do I do?
Occasionally a purchase with multiple items will be sent item by item. Check your ‘my account’ status, just in case your item is still on its way. If it says you should have received it, contact customer service.
