How do I use my CeX voucher?

If you’ve got a CeX voucher to use, here’s how you redeem it online:

Head onto the CeX website as normal and add whichever games, movies or electronics you want to your basket.

When you’re done browsing, create an account or sign in to view your basket, then select ‘Pay Now’.

At the payment screen, select the voucher tab highlighted in the screenshot below, then enter your voucher number, value and other details.

Finally, click ‘Add Voucher’ to top up your order with your voucher credit, after which you’re free to finish paying.

If you’re unable to make it instore, notify the team of your intent to return within 14 days, after which you’ll be given another 14 days to send back any unwanted items – along with their accessories – to the following address using the format below:
