The name and food on offer at Coast to Coast is inspired by the Lincoln Highway now coined ‘the main street across America’ as it runs, roughly 3,000 miles, from New York to San Francisco. The idea is to bring customers some of the American bar grill flavours and atmosphere that you might expect to get along this notorious State highway.

Expect BBQ cheesy melts, ribs, wraps, clubs, sliders and for breakfast - bagels, hash browns, eggs royale, waffles and pancakes with bacon and syrup! More regional dishes are also on offer from Creole seafood dishes like gumbo, Kentucky wings and Cajun chicken skewers, Texan BBQ Brisket nachos, steak Fajitas, Florida chicken salad and Buffalo chicken pizza. And if you are vegetarian don’t be put off as there are lots of alternatives to choose from like ‘Mac & Jack’ topped with the Monterey Jack cheese, veg filo tarts, nachos, pizzas or halloumi salads.

Coast to Coast also offer a great selection of cocktails so why not pre-book a taxi home - with a strong list of daiquiri’s, martinis and margaritas. Or if you are driving stick to a Milkshake - yes you can get an Oreo biscuit flavour. For dessert, there is cobbler, ice cream, brownies, waffles, pancakes and of course pecan pie! What more could you want? Cheesecake? Yes - and that too.
