Do I need to pay a deposit when booking through easyCar?
Yes - you will be asked to pay a deposit when you collect your vehicle from the easyCar counter. The deposit will be taken from/blocked on the main driver’s card and unblocked/returned when the car is returned safely.
What do I do if my easyCar hire car breaks down?
You will be given an emergency number to contact immediately if this happens. This number will be included in the rental agreement you sign when you collect the car.
