What happens after I place my eDreams order?
You will receive a eDreams confirmation email within 24 hours of your booking. Your electronic ticket will be sent soon after, and it will include your ticket number, booking reference. It is recommended that you print this document and keep it with you during your trip.

What documents should I show when collecting my eDreams car?
When collecting the car the main driver must have their payment card with enough funds to cover the deposit amount. The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full driving licence along with the voucher or evoucher issued when the booking is confirmed.
