Can I check the status of my Grand Designs Live ticket order?
Yes, use the link via the ticket information page and use your booking reference number along with either your postcode or the last 4 digits of your contact number or payment card used.
Will I be charged a transaction fee when booking my Grand Designs Live event?
All advance bookings are subject to a £1.70 transaction fee. Should you wish to pay on arrival, the full door rate will be payable.
Is there a discount on children’s tickets for Grand Designs Live?
Children of 15 years or under can attend free of charge when with an adult, a child ticket will still be required. You can book this online and pick it up at the box office when you visit.
