Some contracts will require a new router, while others may involve making a switch over using your old router. If a new router is required it will be sent to your address, with no carriage fee. An engineer will carry out any line or router conversion work, at a mutually agreed time.
You will need to honour the terms of your contract, so that will mean staying with Plusnet until your contract finishes. A cost will be incurred if you wish to stop your contract before the agreed duration is completed.
