More About The Entertainer

In 1981, husband and wife team Gary and Catherine Grant opened a toy shop in Amersham and The Entertainer was born. By 1999, it had 25 stores up and down the country and an online store teaming with toys. Today it boasts 130 stores nationwide, 6 stores overseas and a trophy cabinet full of awards from the industry it has taken by storm.

Now one of the country’s best loved toy shops, they lead the way their selection of construction toys, soft play and dolls, board games, creative play sets and collectables. Always up to date with the biggest brands, if you can’t find it in The Entertainer, it’s probably not worth having. As a family-orientated outfit, The Entertainer is steeped in community work and gives 10% of its annual net profit to charity. All of this makes The Entertainer the only place to stock up on toys, treats and games.

Delivery with The Entertainer

Standard Delivery is free when you spend over £40, £3.99 when you spend less. It takes 3 - 5 working days.

Express Delivery is £4.99 and delivers next working day, or 1 - 2 working days if ordered after 7pm.

Shutl Delivery can have your items at your door in as little as 90 minutes. This costs £7.99 and is only available in some areas and for some items.

Click & Collect has items to your local store in as little as 30 minutes. It is free of charge and only available on orders over £10

Returns with The Entertainer

The Entertainer is happy to accept items for return within 28 days of purchase, so long as the packaging is intact, the toy is still salable and proof of purchase given.

Some electronic toys are covered by one year’s warranty, others will be accepted for return up to 90 days after purchase and a repair, replacement or refund may be offered.

Exchanges can only be processed in store where stock is available and the returns policy is followed.
