Absolutely. The name on the tickets won’t affect the use unless specifically stated in the event’s T&Cs.

Your tickets will be posted as soon as possible and will not arrive any later than 10 days before an event.
The Ticket Factory can only refund tickets if the show has been postponed or cancelled.
