What are the fees for a TransferGo payment?
The lowest cost option includes free delivery and no extra charge for currency conversion, but you’ll pay 0.5% for the pass through of costs if you’re using a debit or credit card. For the standard service, you’ll pay £0.99 for delivery, and between 0-2.2% for the conversion. The fastest delivery option cost will vary depending on the amount, and you’ll also pay between 0-2.2% for the conversion.
What currency exchange rate will TransferGo use?
TransferGo always strives for the lowest rates - use the online currency convertor for live mid-market rates, or just enter the details of your intended transfer on the home page for an actual cost breakdown for your transfer.
How do I arrange multiple payments to the same recipient on TransferGo?
Although there isn’t an option for automated repeat payments, all of your recipient details are saved on your account, so you won’t have to enter the account number and details afresh for your regular payees. Just select the recipient card at the second stage of the transfer process.

You can choose a delivery time based on your needs - if there’s no rush on your payment, the cheapest option takes up to three business days. Standard delivery takes one business day, and fast delivery can be delivered in less than 30 minutes, depending on the country of your payment. If you want to cancel your transfer, log in to your account and select the ‘x’ on the right hand corner of the booking you want to stop. You won’t be able to cancel a transfer if the deposit has already been received. If you set up a transfer but don’t make the deposit, the booking will expire automatically.
