P&P is charged according to the costs levied by the carriers, which are based on a parcel's weight and size. The P&P charge is shown in your shopping basket online and will be delivered within 5-7 working days, subject to availability.
If for any reason you need to make changes, please call Customer Services urgently, as your order cannot be changed after its been dispatched. Should you no longer need the plants you order, contact customer service to find out their return address. Refunds will be issued upon the safe return of plants/flowers in re-sellable condition.
