How do I use my Birdworld discount?
Ensure you get the best price on your booking by looking over these quick guidelines:
- Begin by choosing an offer or discount code from our vouchercloud page by clicking the blue ‘Get Code’ or ‘View Discount’ button next to the one you wish to redeem.
- When selecting ‘View Discount’, just wait for the next window to appear and click the link to be forwarded to the specific Birdworld page where your offer is hosted.
- If choosing ‘Get Code’ then wait for yours to become visible before copying it to your clipboard and taking the link through to the Birdworld website.
- Select the tickets, experiences and donations you wish to book, then hover over your basket in the top-right and click ‘View Basket’.
- Paste your code in the specific box highlighted in the image below and select ‘Apply Code’ to add your discount.

Customers over the age of 59 and any students with IDs get a £2 discount on their tickets, while groups of 12 or more can also get a generous discount on admission.

Birdworld eating options
To ensure you’re topped up plenty for your trip around Birdworld, the company hosts several kiosks onsite offering up delicious nibbles like hot dogs, jacket potatoes as well as hot and cold drinks. If your appetite requires something larger, feel free to swing by the Palm Café for freshly prepared meals that’ll fuel you for the whole day.

Any visits to Birdworld need to be booked online and beforehand so the team can manage admissions and ensure the place doesn’t get too packed.
Returns to Birdworld
Any tickets bought at Birdworld are non-refundable and cannot be amended once booked, so please ensure everyone can visit before proceeding with payment.
