A Merlin Pass doesn't just give you thrills and spills though. If you’re more into culture and wildlife, Merlin offers a number of more sophisticated venues to suit you curious types. We’d recommend popping over to Warwick Castle for a truly ghoulish delve into history at The Dungeons. Or, for a more light-hearted day immersed in nature, why not have a weekend down in Cornwall and visit the seals at the SEA LIFE Sanctuary in Gweek.

How do I use my Merlin Pass Offer?

Select the offer of your choice at vouchercloud and retrieve the pass offer
Go onto the Merlin Annual Pass site and select the pass on offer
Check the drop down info before you select the pass
Fill out the personal info boxes and upload a photo (or you can do this later at a Merlin venue)
Before you go through to the next page, click on the ‘promotional code’ tab on the yellow menu
Fill the box with your promo code and click submit
Continue to the transaction page, where your discount will be subtracted automatically

Can I collect a Merlin pass from one of the venues?

Yes, you can collect your pass from any of the attractions and venues found on the Merlin Annual Pass website.

What facilities are provided for disabled visitors at Merlin venues?

It varies from venue to venue. There are guides available online which will help you navigate the disabled access and facilities for each UK venue.

Can I renew or upgrade a Merlin pass?

You can renew your pass at any time within its 12 month validity, and up to 8 weeks after its expiry. You can only upgrade to a Premium Annual Pass using the Home Attraction method. There is an upgrade fee of £50 per person

Pass Delivery Details for Merlin

If you do not wish to collect your pass from a Merlin venue, you can arrange for postal delivery. Passes take between 7 & 10 working days to arrive. Express print and post is £10 per order and has a delivery window of 1-3 working days.
