How do I use my Waterworld voucher?

FAQs

I’ve booked online but I can’t print the tickets?

Just show the receptionist the online ticket on your mobile phone when you get to the express check-in desk.

Are there any lockers and are they included in the ticket price?

Lockers are located in the family changing rooms. They aren’t included in the ticket price but are only £1.50 and provide you with unlimited access for the day.

Is there parking and is there a charge?

Parking is available with a maximum stay of 8 hours. The first hour is free with a charge of £3.00 for the remaining 7 hours.

When are the off-peak periods?

Off-peak periods are the quieter times of the year such as school term time; please refer to the website for full details. The water park is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays during off-peak periods.
