In its over two decades of service, Chiltern Railways has endured as one of the highest performing train operating companies in the UK. With performance statistics from customers ranging on average between 86% and 90%, regular travellers love that this is one of few train brands where delays and disruptions are the exception rather than the norm. In fact, 98% of Chiltern trains are recorded as running on time, an exceptional achievement for a company that tests itself against a 5-minute time window for punctuality compared to most other train companies who use a more generous 10-minute testing frame. Despite the majority of its five dedicated train routes providing transport between London, Birmingham and the West Midlands, Kidderminster workers can now also enjoy trains to and from the city as well (during peak times only).
