If you purchase a GWR ticket but decide not to travel on the day, you may be eligible for a refund. If the fault was with GWR, you are entitled to a full refund whereas if you simply chose not to use your ticket, you may be charged a £10 admin fee. If you were delayed on your journey for more than 15 minutes, you may be entitled to GWR delay repay.
