If the kids have too much energy or you could do with a workout after work, consider booking a weekday evening session at your local Jump In for some cheap thrills. Bookings made between Monday and Thursday after 6pm will have the booking price automatically lowered to £7.50, making it an easy choice for those weeknights when families just need to cut loose. You don’t even need to cook, just indulge in some of Jump In’s delicious pizzas and mocktails!

Jump In gift cards

Sharing the fun with friends and other families is a done deal whenever you choose to buy a Jump In gift card. Available in values of £10, £20 or £50, each gift card remains valid for nine months after purchase and can be redeemed against any Jump In booking, be it for a standard session, event hire or even the in-house café.

Jump In booking confirmation

A booking at Jump In is only considered confirmed once a confirmation email has reached the recipient, so be sure to call up or contact the relevant Jump In site if you do not receive one or if there is an error in your booking details.

Cancellations at Jump In

All customers should be aware that Jump In sessions – once booked – cannot be cancelled and refunded with the exception of parties, which must be cancelled within 72 hours of the initial booking time. Cancellations made after this cooling-off period will be offered to reschedule instead.
