How short notice can I book with Park and Go?

You can book for the same day (subject to availability), providing you supply an e-mail address for Park and Go to send you the relevant documentation.

What happens to my Park and Go booking if my flight is cancelled/ delayed?

You will be charged for over-extending your booking, even though it may be out of your control. Any additional parking time is payable to the car park locally on your return. You might be able to seek some compensation from the airline.

Can I amend a Park and Go booking?

In some instances, yes. Outside 24 hours of your parking date, there’s no additional cost for amending parking. Within 24 hours of first parking date it will cost £7.50 or 50% of the parking fee and any additional cost of parking. Parking Express SuperSaver, Summer Special SuperSaver, S.V.S Meet and Greet and Circle Meet and Greet products and Advanced products cannot be amended.

Returning Items to Park and Go

Cancellations must be made in writing and will take effect from the date received by Park and Go. All bookings are subject to cancellation charges:

Outside of 24 hours of first parking date: £7.50 administration charge

Within 24 hours of first parking date: 100% charge

Parking Express SuperSaver, Summer Special SuperSaver, S.V.S Meet and Greet and Circle Meet and Greet products cannot be cancelled or amended
