How will I know my Feel Good Contacts order has been dispatched?
As soon as you place your order, you’ll be sent a confirmation email, which will contain an order number which you can use to track your order. If your order is placed before 11:59pm it will be dispatched the same day to arrive the next day - this is using the next-day delivery service. More specific contact lense types may take longer to process but you will still receive the email confirmation and tracking information needed once your order is on its way.
How does Feel Good Contacts’ pricing system work?
Prices quoted are always per box. ‘Total price’ will always include two boxes (one for each eye). The more boxes you order, the lower the price will be.
Can I return my Feel Good Contacts box if it has been opened?
You cannot receive a refund on opened boxes of contact lenses. You may still be able to request a refund on other items, subject to Feel Good Contacts terms and conditions.
