Can I get free delivery with Lentiamo?

You can get free 2nd Class delivery for orders over £45 and free Express Delivery for orders above £200.

Can I get a student discount at Lentiamo?

Yes, if you’ve got an ISIC, ITIC or ALIVE card, you can get a 4% discount on every order.

What guarantee do my Lentiamo lenses come with?

Most Lentiamo lenses are guaranteed for one year. If your prescription changes under 365 days after you’ve ordered, Lentiamo will replace these lenses with your new prescription for free.

Lentiamo Delivery

Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2 - 3 working days (£1.99, free for orders above £45)
Express Delivery: Next working day (£6.29 if order up to 1kg, £9.99 if order over 1kg, free if order above £200)

Express Delivery must be ordered by 1pm Monday - Thursday for next working day delivery. Otherwise this will be delayed by one working day. Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.

Lentiamo Returns

You can return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and in full, unbroken packaging. You are liable for the cost of shipping items to Lentiamo. To commence returns process, email returns@lentiamo.co.uk.

If lenses arrive damaged or missing, you do not need to send them back for a replacement, just email returns@lentiamo.co.uk.

As above, if your prescription changes within 365 days of your order you are entitled to free replacement lenses.
